Installation of cross roller guide rail pair

1. Use a degreaser to wipe off the rust proof oil on the reference surface of the parts. Due to the tendency of the reference surface to rust after removing rust proof oil, it can be applied with low viscosity paint before use.

2. After placing the side base surface of parts 1-3 against the positioning step side base surface, pre fix them on the bed and slide reference surface with screws. The tightening force should not be too strong, so that the bottom surface of the parts is tightly connected to the opposite reference surface.

3. Temporarily fix part 4 on the adjustment side.

4. Carefully insert the holder near the center.

5. Install the end stop at the end of the guide rail.

6. Move the slider left and right to the end and adjust the holder to the center position of the bed.

7. Place the meter head at the center and side of the slide.

8. Move the sliding table to the end of one side and confirm that there is a roller in the correct position of the adjustment bolt. Gently tighten the adjustment screw.

9. Move the slide to the end of the other side and gently tighten it as described above.

10. Move the slide to the center position and gently tighten the adjustment screw.

11. Repeat steps 8-10 to adjust the gap of the slide to 0.

12. Refer to the torque values given in the table below and follow the steps of 8-10 to tighten the adjustment screws.

Finally, tighten part 4 tightly. Similar to the tightening steps for adjusting screws, move the slide to ensure that the fastening bolt is facing the roller.
