Electric slide table is a widely used product by various domestic manufacturers. The synchronous belt of electric slide table is made of steel wire rope or fiberglass as a strong layer, covered with a circular belt made of polyurethane or chloroprene rubber. The inner circumference of the belt is made into a toothed shape, which meshes with the toothed belt wheel. When driving with synchronous belt, the transmission ratio is accurate, the force on the shaft is small, the structure is compact, the oil resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance are good, and the general use temperature is -20 ℃ -80 ℃, v<50m/s,P<300kw,i<10, For transmissions that require synchronization, they can also be used for low-speed transmissions.
Why does the linear slide synchronous belt drive fail?
1. Weary and cracked body;
2. Toothed cutting and crushing;
3. Wear on the side and teeth, and peeling of the wrapping cloth;
4. Elongation of the bearing layer, increase of pitch, formation of teeth, and climbing of teeth;
5. Impact and overload cause the belt to crack.
To ensure the expected lifespan of the synchronous belt electric slide, the diameter of the small synchronous belt pulley should be greater than the allowable minimum bending diameter in the table above, and then converted into the minimum number of teeth. As long as the structure and cost are agreed upon, considering the lifespan of the synchronous belt, it is better to have slightly more teeth on the small wheel than the minimum allowed number of teeth. After determining the number of teeth on the small wheel, the number of teeth on the large wheel can be determined based on the transmission ratio. Based on the structure, determine the center distance between the two pulleys, and calculate the pitch length or total number of teeth according to the pitch of the synchronous belt. At this point, all the transmission parameters have been determined.
