What is the reason for abnormal noise in the electric sliding table motor? It is determined based on factors such as the type of machine equipment driven by the electric sliding table motor, main purpose, speed ratio, and motor shaft specifications of the electric sliding table motor. The noise sources of electric sliding table motors are mainly electromagnetic noise, mechanical vibration noise, and ventilation noise. Generally, the common types of noise faults can be identified by the following methods:

Electromagnetic noise will increase with the increase of additional working voltage and load. When the motor starts, the noise significantly increases, while at high motor speeds, the noise immediately subsides; Mechanical vibration noise and ventilation noise are not related to the additional working voltage and load current, but to the height of the speed ratio.

The electromagnetic noise caused by common faults such as different three-phase winding resistance of the motor stator or inter turn short circuit faults can cause imbalance of three-phase current; The common faults caused by broken cage or different three-phase winding resistance of the rotor of a cage type motor can cause fluctuations in the stator current of the motor and cause regular vibration.

Electromagnetic noise and mechanical vibration noise may appear faintly, while ventilation noise is relatively stable.

If there is noise dominated by ventilation noise in the electric sliding table motor, the noise around its inlet, ventilation port, and cooling fan is better than other positions.
