I believe everyone is familiar with the product of manual sliding table. Many industries use manual sliding table, which can be combined with some components to achieve various workpieces, including drilling, cutting, etc. Some industries will transform and upgrade manual sliding table to CNC mechanical sliding table according to actual needs, so as to be more precise and efficient in operation.

When using a manual slide, attention should also be paid to usage precautions. Using a manual slide correctly and reasonably can effectively extend its service life and reduce wear. The following are some precautions for using a manual slide.

1. The installation of workpieces should ensure that the workbench is uniformly stressed to avoid deformation caused by uneven stress.

2. The operation of the workbench and the lifting of the crossbeam cannot be carried out simultaneously. After each descent of the crossbeam, it should be raised slightly to eliminate the gap between the screw and nut.

3. The manual sliding table stroke should generally not be less than one-third of the full stroke. When using a long stroke, the speed should be lower to ensure that the reverse offset stroke does not exceed 100 millimeters.

4. After the workpiece is clamped, the worktable must be moved at low speed first to check for any collision, stroke, direction change, and other issues before starting work.

5. After work, the workbench should be stopped in the middle position of the machine tool, the side tool holder of the crossbeam should be lowered to a low position, and the vertical tool holder should be placed against the upright end.

6. When the workbench is running, it is prohibited to stand on the workbench to operate or perform other adjustment work.

7. When the width of the workpiece exceeds the width of the manual sliding table, the deviation of the workpiece center of gravity from the center of the workbench shall not exceed 1/4 of the workbench width.
