We all know that standard guide pillars and sleeves generally refer to standard parts, and some companies use non-standard parts, which are customized mold accessories according to customer requirements. So what should we pay attention to when using standard guide pillar sleeves?
1. In a continuous mold, there are generally four guide pillars set up within a group of plates. Generally, the diameter of small continuous molds can be selected from 13-16mm. Large and medium-sized continuous molds should be selected with a diameter of 20mm or more.
2. The standard guide pillar guide sleeve is generally used in conjunction, usually using anaerobic adhesive and template bonding, with a gap of 0.02-0.03mm, and requiring the hole wall to be clean and free of oil stains.
3. It is advisable for the small guide pillar to expose the stripping plate by 20-30mm in its free state.
4. In order to prevent uneven exhaust or local vacuum caused by the introduction and export of guide pillars, air holes or slots should be set up for the lower mold.
5. The inner guide pillar should be set in an asymmetric manner to prevent errors during mold installation.
The above are some precautions to be taken when using standard guide pillar guide sleeves.
