The manual sliding table is driven by a handwheel and a trapezoidal tooth thread with a single head, multiple heads, or left and right opening. The slide and base can be used to detect the accuracy of the workpiece by combining dimensions and indicator plates.

The characteristics of manual sliding table:

1. Structure and characteristics: The slide and base are made of A6063S-T5 aluminum alloy material, which is high rigidity, high precision, low price, small size, lightweight, aluminum alloy structure, modular design. The slide and base are assembled in a linear guide rail through anode, and the displacement relative to the load is small. They can also maintain high stability in the use of carrying quality and external load changes.

2. Maintenance free: The slider and linear guide rail are standard products. Under normal operating conditions, it can operate for 5 years or 10000km without maintenance. If lubricating grease can be supplied according to the prescribed method, the service life will be longer. The lubricating grease used in all products is AV2 lubricating grease for the casing, and the slider is sealed with PS2 graded quenching oil manufactured by the casing company.

3. Diversity of choices: Manual work sliders can be selected according to the customer’s industry: plastic handle, folding handle, aluminum alloy handle slide table. The precision of the workpiece can be detected by the combination of size and indicator board through the handle angle ruler, position indicator, speed counter, gravity indicator slide table, and base.

4. High positioning accuracy: The robotic arm adopts a rolling structure, with low friction and high positioning accuracy, and can be used for a long time. Manually detect the standard position of the loading platform, position it in a certain direction in sequence, and measure the difference between the actual movement distance from the standard position and the expected movement distance at each position. Repeat 7 times to find their average value. The test almost includes the entire movement distance. When different models are used, the test is conducted according to the specified testing intervals for each model. The average value obtained from each position is the larger value as the measurement value.
