Electric sliding table, also known as electric displacement table, or simply electric moving table, sliding table, module, etc., is widely used in scientific research, laser applications, fully automatic measuring instruments and equipment, industrial automation, and other fields due to its high accuracy, fast speed, large loading capacity, and long travel

A typical electric slider system consists of three parts: an electric slider, a motor driver, and a controller.

The motor driver and controller mainly determine performance parameters such as driving torque, acceleration and deceleration, signal processing, and usage functions (scanning, arc interpolation, etc.). With the improvement of motor control technology, not only the mechanical components of the electric slider, but also the motor driver and controller are affected by the vibration of the electric slider. As the core of the entire system, the electric slider determines the main technical indicators such as displacement accuracy, stroke, straightness, load, stability, usage environment, and external dimensions.

The guide rail adopts cross rollers, which have high strength, strong bearing capacity, and good durability. Combined with the unique precision grinding technology of the guide rail surface, this series of products has high motion accuracy. The driving mechanism adopts small lead grinding screws (1mm lead), and the threaded nuts are made of wear-resistant tin bronze material. Equipped with a standard two-phase stepper motor, providing high resolution and positioning accuracy. This series of products is very suitable for integration into automation equipment and precision instruments that require high space, size, and weight requirements. Grinding screws have a certain self-locking ability, so they are also suitable for the z-axis direction.
