The currently widely used linear sliding platforms can be divided into two types:
1. Synchronous belt type
2. Ball screw type
The synchronous belt type linear sliding table is mainly composed of parts such as belts, linear guides, aluminum alloy profiles, couplings, motors, photoelectric switches, etc.
The ball screw type linear slide mainly consists of ball screw, linear guide rail, aluminum alloy profile, ball screw support seat, coupling, motor, photoelectric switch and other parts.
1. Ball screw is an ideal product for converting rotary motion into linear motion, or for converting linear motion into rotary motion. The ball screw is composed of a screw, a nut, and a ball. Its function is to convert rotational motion into linear motion, which is a further extension and development of ball screws. The important significance of this development is to transform bearings from rolling action to sliding action. Due to its small frictional resistance, ball screws are widely used in various industrial equipment and precision instruments, enabling high-precision linear motion under high loads.
2. Linear guide rail, also known as slide rail, linear guide rail, or linear slide rail, is used in situations of linear reciprocating motion. It has a higher rated load than linear bearings and can bear a certain amount of torque. It can achieve high-precision linear motion under high load conditions.
3. The sliding table of aluminum alloy profiles has a beautiful appearance, reasonable design, good rigidity, reliable performance, good dynamic performance, high sliding table stiffness, small thermal deformation, and high stability. It is an ideal basic power component for combination machine tools and automatic lines, ensuring actual accuracy under working conditions (load).
Open type: The force bearing part of the linear sliding table is mainly concentrated in the middle and lower parts and on both sides, with its transmission part exposed to the outside.
Closed: The force bearing part of the linear sliding table is mainly concentrated on the external material, and its transmission part is enclosed.
Synchronous belt and ball screw transmission methods:
Synchronous belt type: The transmission mode is completed by a belt and a linear guide rail.
Ball screw type: The transmission mode is completed by ball screw and linear guide rail
