Load of electric slide: Load is one of the main factors affecting the accuracy and speed of electric slide. To understand the practical application of electric sliders in production equipment, the first thing to consider is their load.
The accuracy of electric sliding tables: Due to different industries having different requirements for the accuracy of electric sliding tables, there is no specific regulation on the accuracy of electric sliding tables. The accuracy can be classified according to large machine tools and small and medium-sized machine tools. Large machine tools generally have an accuracy of around 1 meter per line. The precision requirement for small and medium-sized machine tools is generally higher than 0.1mm, and the precision of the Jiongjiongyi Electric Sliding Screw Series is 0.02mm.
The speed of an electric slide: The speed of an electric slide is generally used below the theoretical value. Its speed is mainly affected by the load of the electric sliding table, but when speed is most emphasized in production, accuracy will also be affected and reduced.
Due to the impact of different specifications on the structural differences of electric sliding tables, the specifications of electric sliding tables cannot be unified in structure. But structurally, it can be divided into external structure and internal structure.
The external structure of electric sliders is divided into open and closed types.
Open circuit: The force on the electric slider is mainly concentrated in the middle and lower parts and on both sides, exposing its transmission part.
Closed type: The force on the electric slider is mainly concentrated on the external material, and the transmission part is sealed.
